Deliveries are made exclusively to verified business addresses within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Poland. Voytex does not fulfil orders to residential addresses or to third parties without written authorisation and verification.
Goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Claims for shortages, defects, or damage must be reported in writing within seven (3) business days of delivery. Failure to notify us within this period shall constitute acceptance of the goods as delivered.
Returns will be accepted only under the terms outlined in the original purchase agreement or as expressly authorised in writing. Typically, returns are permitted only for goods received in error or found to be defective upon delivery.
Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a return authorisation number (RMA). Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or credited.
