All shipments processed by Voytex are subject to the latest edition of the International Commercial Terms (Incoterms® 2020) as published by the International Chamber of Commerce. The specific Incoterm applicable to each order shall be confirmed in the sales agreement or pro forma invoice.
Shipping charges, delivery methods, and lead times are determined individually for each order based on product type, volume, delivery location, and client requirements. These terms will be detailed in the order confirmation or contract.
Voytex accepts no liability for shipping delays, loss, or damages resulting from third-party logistics providers, customs clearance procedures, strikes, or force majeure events.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon collection by the carrier from our warehouse.
